As good as it gets falls way short of the way house pro has come through for my family and me. They found my inlet plenum had a hole in it and had actually fallen from it's mount causing 80%-90% of my cooling to be going straight to the attic. They explained to me how this could happen and when I was not satisfied with the response I received a phone call directly from the owner of the company letting me know that because we have been an ongoing customer for service and repair that he was going to resolve this for us at no charge. I have to be honest and say I was waiting for the catch, and there was none. The technicians came out first thing the next morning to repair this issue, and had it done with complete professionalism and complete mastery of their task. This was handled way above my expectations and oh yeah by the way the phone call from the owner came at 6:30 as technician deemed it necessary to escalate to him immediately to find a resolution to my problem. I don't remember the last time this happened to me, but I do know it has been way too long. This is the way businesses should do business, making the customer first and rewarding loyalty. It is the way it used to be and I'm so glad that there's at least one company that has not given up on the true meaning of customer satisfaction.
