this is a horrible place to live. stay away! the maintenance is sky high and the services are not up to par. the people that live there are constantly being squeezed to pay higher maintenance. there are other ways for the board to raise money. they should allow people to rent their apts until they can find suitable buyers. it would benefit both parties (co-op unit shareholders and pvec mgmt). but instead they rather bully people into selling apts at a low price so that their (board members) family and friends can buy cheap and move in. i honestly think they board members/ mgmt) are trying to purposely bankrupt the co-op. they could also put the co-op up for sale. it's obvious they can't manage it properly and are constantly wasting money. and mgmt threatens tenants that speak out or call 311 which is our legal right to do so because they don't do what they are suppose to do unless you actually call 311. g-d help us at parkway village. we really need it. we can't sell our apts because our maintenance is so high and even if someone was willing to buy when they see the condition of the buildings and land they do an about face and run, not walk away. thanks you to the board member who is on a power trip who works for an agency that helps the homeless. are you trying to make us homeless too?
