I love Asana Body! It's a must if you want to look and feel your best. Charity is the clinic director and is one of the most caring people I know. She has taught me so much about health and has really been an inspiration to me to make better choices about my eating habits. I had the ALCAT test for food sensitivities and discovered that some healthy foods were making it hard for me to lose weight. I also had the curve laser treatments done to get rid of my ""love handles"" and it ACTUALLY WORKED! It's been 9 months since I had the treatments and I can't believe more people haven't heard about this. (You don't even feel the lasers, and they're safe, affordable, and no down time.) I always feel so good when I get there because they really listen and care. My self esteem has sky rocketed ever since I found Asana. Now my husband is going to give it a try.
