Dear mblahnikluver, You had conversation with the owner of the company, Kevin Barfield who asked you kindly to provide a list of the items that were damaged so we may replace them. You failed to provide that list to us. We were on your roof at 9:30 at night ( IN THE POORING DOWN RAIN ) to try to secure a tarp from blowing off of your roof and flooding the inside of your home causing you to have to move the few things left that didnt get destroyed by water until the house could be completely gutted and renovated after all the water damaged it would have caused. My sincerest apologies for trying to help you. The problem you have with your property management company is between you and them. I do not appreciate posting a negative review on my company for simply doing what we are instructed to do. My company tried to contact you before we came to your property. This was a time sensitive matter with the weather and we needed to act quickly. We made a decision to the best interest of all parties involved. You also informed us of one plant being destroyed because of something falling off the roof. This happens occasionally. We call these ACCIDENTS. They happen, we are only human. Thank you for being so understanding and appreciative to the fact we really had your best interest in mind.
