Don't waste your time. The waiting area seems like it is about to collapse into the bay. We boarded the shuttle boat and tried to find a place that was clean enough to sit down. 8 casino workers all came in and sat down and in immediately all started smoking. We moved outside and another employee sat down next to us and he started smoking a cigar. The boat and boarding dock was dirty and smelled like mold. We were so looking forward to this event. We decided to get off and drive to the Hard Rock. After talking to others, we think we made the right choice. Their marketing material doesn't even include a picture of the actual casino boat, I find this strange. No players club benefits, and definitely does not appear to be a class operation. Even the crew taking boarding passes was smoking. Horrible first impression.
