Triple 7 painted a rental house interior for me last week. All I was looking for was 1 coat of semi-gloss on everything. I own 6 rental houses and have had them painted before so I had an expectation.
It turns out I was surprised, pleasantly so. Most painters I have used in the past got the paint up all right; they just got it on other things too. You know a little paint here and there in the wrong spots. I usually had to spend a couple hours to clean it up before the renters moved in. Not with Triple 7!
When I met their painting supervisor at the home, not only was the paint up but the lines were crisp and clean. There was no excess paint in places where there should not be. Not only that, the house was cleaner than when I turned it over to them to paint. Wow, am I pleased. From now on Triple 7 will do my rental repaints.
PS: I was so impressed I had them come do some painting inside my residence. My wife wanted some new color in the master and family room, with accent walls and white molding and doors. She was thrilled with the job they did. I give Triple 7 my highest recommendation.
