They have to be the worst property management firm on the planet. Slumlord says it all. We moved into one of their homes in fall 2010 and have had nothing but problems from day one. The house had not been cleaned or painted, was damaged and filthy upon move in. We rented it from out of state (big stupid mistake) so we were stuck with having to move in. In the almost two years we were there they slapped together every repair, and there were many, they had to make. The final straw was when the air conditioning broke. In Georgia heat, we went over a week with no air conditioning and they bitched at me for complaining. Speaking of bitches, Carol, the office manager, is a sociopath. She lies compulsively, doesn't disclose important information, and threatens customers if they complain. I would rather live behind the Kmart with the homeless,than live in one of their dwellings.
