I took my 98 year old sister-in-law to buy a lamp shade. She came in with a walker. The owner/manager was helpful when asked to help find a new shade, for we had brought the worn out shade. My sister-in-law found one she liked at $79 instead of the $139 ones that were brought to us first. She bought one, then thought she would get a second just like the first. I asked the woman if it could be brought back. She did answer yes. My sister-in-law then signed two receipts, one for the first one she bought, one for the second.
