Absolutely terrible! Deceptive customer service (if you can even call it that), I was months without working phones and they just kept promising that oh yes, we see the problem, we'll get that fixed right away. Then oh yes, we just mailed out a new box for your phone. All lies. Finally I cancelled after several months of that (in February) and they are still trying to charge my credit card in June after letters, emails, phone calls. You can't get through to anyone above the unscrupulous ""customer service"" people, and it's just a horrid experience!
