These guys are the most unprofessional company I have ever had experience with. I highly do not recommend using them. I had Ikea furniture I put into storage and while signing the invoice I took out insurance on ALL my furniture with their representative ""ok-ing"" it. After three weeks of being in storage when they moved everything into my new place every piece of furniture including my $350 dresser and my bed frame was damaged. When I called customer service to have my furniture replaced because it was covered they decided that they would rather refund me for the amount of money I took out for insurance than replacing my furniture. They claimed they sent me an e-mail stating all of this, but never actually did.
Long story short, once they had to pay for their mistakes they took back their agreement. Very unprofessional I will never use them again, they are not trust worthy and they scheme on college students, thanks for ruining all of my furniture lazybones.
