The owner, I believe his name was Bernie or Ernie, I don't remember but what I do remember was what he said to me when I came to pickup some clothes that I had dropped off. The clothes came back with stains that weren't on them when I dropped them off, I even saw a rip in one of the sleeves. The owner told me that the rip was not his fault, and then decided to bring up something about a past balance on my account. I couldn't believe the customer service I had received, from the owner himself! Bad service, bad quality, bad business.
