The movers did a great job and were friendly. The sale department quoted one price for 8 hours worth of work. And at end of move,they added a fuel surcharge and charged me twice for a destination fee that was not quoted to me(I saved the salemans email). They finished the work in 6 hours and I did not save any money. The salesman said he added a military discount into estimate but that was not true. This was my 3rd year long tour . I was still charged standard labor rate. It took over an hour to work some type of deal.I couldn't get hold of the managers or the saleman who gave me the quote. Make sure you get the quote with every charge on it as the saleman failed to do it. I wouldn't pay out of pocket to use these guys again.
