Hacienda Air are always on time and courteous. They run a small operation, so the owner is easy to talk to. I have replaced a lot of air conditioning units, so I know they're honest. I have a contract with them for my AC.
In the past, I had a home shield contract thing that covers everything, but I had problems with it, so I was happy to hear that at Hacienda Air, they will come out and just check your AC. I'm pleased with them.
Fred and Ryan and Jose come in and come on time. In the office, Nancy's good. When they're working and I have time, I like to talk to them and see what's going on. They explain everything and make it sound simple when I know it really isn't.
