Wow, I'm shocked to see bad reviews! We ate at the poolside cafe recently and it was by far the best meal I've EVER eaten. I won't claim to know if Ramsay has anything to do with this restaurant or the food served, but his name is indeed why we tried it. We had incredible pork belly sliders, pasta, steak and dessert. Everything was extraordinary.
