Our family has had Sara service for over 5 months now and we have no complaints with our caregiver or customer service whatsoever. We have been assigned a personal client care contact and have her personal cell phone plus the after hours line. We also referred our next door neighbor who will also be using their service upon his release from the hospital. Thank you again.
