This will be my second year with Enlighten Laser and the first year for my husband. We have a monthly contract and usually see Jennifer for a massage and Alissa for facials. Love both of these ladies and am very satisfied with them. My review is based only on the poor customer service I received today by the Office Manager.
Along with being a loyal client I also purchase my skin care through them. Recently I purchased a product that was defective. I returned the product which was almost full for an exchange only to be told it was purchased too long ago for them to help. Their records do not show my recent purchase of this product. Unfortunely I did not keep my receipts because I always buy from them without any problems until today. They were willing to lose me and my husband as well as future product purchases for $40. Someone needs to take a course in customer service.
I have never written a review before but future clients need to know that they do not stand by the products they sell. Also, keep all of your receipts since they have a faulty system.
