Absolutely RUDE customer service!!!! They came by my home twice offering a free first-time treatment and I signed up since my yard was in bad shape. After second treatment, I spoke with the lawn man and he said he was only treating for weeds, but my yard has dead spots and I was told that I have to buy grass seeds and water and grow the grass myself. Well, I cancelled the service and was billed for the supposed ""free"" service because I stopped service. There was no contract and I was told I can stop service at any time. Never mentioned you have to keep their service if you want the 'free"" service. Do not recommend using them!
