I attempted to schedule an interview and was told I could only do that once they had verified my insurance because if I didn't have the ability to pay, they didn't want to waste my time because they wouldn't have my son as a patient. Because I do have insurance and have the ability to pay, they agreed to see me. My appointment was scheduled from 12-12:15 since the receptionist was clear that the Dr. would only see patience for an interview in that time slot. I arrived early and ended up leaving at 12:30 after waiting in a room for over 30 minutes for a Dr that never bothered to show up. Very disappointing.
