I placed an order online for some slippers, heard nothing for 8 days - no order status, no shipping confirmation. I contacted them via email saying I wanted to cancel if it had not already shipped - no response for 2 days. Called them next on 6/1and told them I wanted to cancel if not already shipped. I was told someone would call me with the status. No call. The next day I get an email saying the order shipped the day before. Now I'm waiting to talk to the manager about their No Return policy. Won't be shopping here anymore
