Talk about customer service. Wow! We have three vehicles with tires purchased from Roemers Tire Factory. One of those vehicles was being driven in Idahoand hit a nasty pothole. One tire flatted. I called John Roemer and asked what options we had for getting the tire repaired on a Saturday. The store is not open on weekends. John made arrangements for another tire store to effect the repair at his expanse. unfortunately the tire was not repairable and another tire was installed. I contacted John and offered to pay for the new tire. He told me The tire was on him and that he appreciated our long term business. Customer service does not get any better than that. Thanks John. I highly recommend Roemer's Tire Factory.
