WORST DEALERSHIP I HAVE EVER PURCHASED A VEHICLE FROM THEY SOLD ME A USED VEHICLE WITH A BAD DRIVETRAIN AND A LEAK IN MY POWER STEERING HOSE WHICH THEY HAD ACKNOWLEDGE RIGHT AFTER I PURCHASED THE VEHICLE THEY PROMISED AND SWORE IT WOULD BE COVERED UNDER WARRANTY THEN CANCELLED ALL MY SERVICE APPOINTMENTS PUSHING ME OUT OFF MY WARRANTY INTENTIONALLY SO THEY WOULDNT HAVE TO REPAIR THE VEHICLE THEY ARE COMPLETELY INCOMPETENT THEY PUT THE WRONG FLUIDS IN THE VEHICLE WHICH ALMOST CAUSED THE ENGINE TO SEIZE AND THEN CHARGED ME 1100 DOLLARS TO REPAIR THE VEHICLE AFTER THEY HAD PROMISED THIS WOULD BE COVERED UNDER MY WARRANTY THE BECAUSE THE DEALER HAD ACKNOWLEDGED THE ISSUE I WAS UNABLE TO GET AN EXTENDED WARRANTY UNTIL THEY RESOLVED THE ISSUES BECAUSE OF THIS THE HOSE BLEW OUT CAUSING HTE PWER STEERING PUMP TO SEIZE DRIVEBELT TO SNAP THEY THEN REPAIRED THE VEHICLE AFTER THE TRUCK SAT AT THE DEALERSHIP FOR 9 1/2 WEEKS 2 FULL MONTHS UNTIL I CONTACTED THE OWNER, BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU, NYS ATTORNEY GENERALS OFFICE NATIONAL KIA CONSUMER AFFAIRS DEPARTMENT AND THE MANAGERS AND DISTRICT MANAGERS AS WELL AS THE FINANCE COMPANY THEY REFUSED TO SERVICE MY VEHICLE IN A TIMELY MATTER UNTIL I FOLLOWED THROUGH WITH ALL THESE DEPARTMENTS I CURRENTLY AM FOLLOWING THROUGH WITH A LEMON LAWSUIT WITH THE DEALERSHIP AND HAVE HAD THE WORST AND MOST HORRIBLE SERVICE AND COMMUNICATION THEY WERE IGNORING MY CALLS NOT ANSWERING MY MESSAGES PAWNING ME AND MY ISSUE OFF FROM ONE MANAGER TO THE NEXT AND CONTINUED THIS PROCESS UNTIL MY LAWYERS CONTACTED THEM WITH THE SUIT I THANK GOD HAD ALL MY DOCUMENTATION FROM ANOTHER DEALER WITHIN MY WARRANTY TIMEFRAME TO BE ABLE TO COMBAT THERE LIES AND DECEPTIVE BUSINESS PROCEDURES IN ADDITION I HAD GIVEN AN INTITIAL DEPOSIT OF 1000 ON A CREDIT CARD AND 500 CASH THE CASH DEPOSIT WAS NOT INCLUDED ON MY FINANCE AND WAS POCKETED BY THE SALES REP STEPH AND THE SALES MANAGER PAUL THIS IS THE SHADYEST MOST CORRUPT DEALERSHIP I HAVE EVER USED AND I HAVE PURCHASED 8 VEH
