I was told that an inspection would happen Monday, the 7th of May. Then I was told it would happen on Tuesday. Then FINALLY it happened the Monday after, the 14th. I was also told that we would be treated Monday the 14th. We had already captured a live bedbug, so inspection could easily confirm a bedbug infestation and begin treatment as soon as possible. Not so. They told us we would have treatment the day after, Tuesday the 15th. Nope. Treatment *should* happen next Tuesday the 22nd, but I highly doubt anything will happen, because they keep lying to us about the date. I'm so tired of living with bedbugs. One night and I get four bites. The company is insensitive to our needs, cannot schedule appointments on time, and cannot effectively exterminate with such a slow timeline. They're nice people, but not so great at their job.
