I just wanted to drop you a line to express my sincere appreciation for the courteous and professional treatment I received from your employees this morning. I ""limped in,"" first thing with an F-150 that refused to come out of four wheel drive, low range. I didn't have an appointment but I considered it an emergency because I had to drive to Talketna on Sunday. I was met by two very polite ladies, after answering a few questions the older of which (I'm sorry but I didn't get their names) knew just what was wrong and corrected the problems. She sent me on my way with a pleasant ""have a nice day"" and no charge. Mr. Werner you probably have never met me although I have bought two (soon three) brand new Ford F-150's from your dealership, the reason being; nothing ever goes wrong with Fords! I have most oil changes done at your dealership but the truck just doesn't break. However, I would be remiss if I didn't tell you that you must be doing a bang-up job as service director because your employees reflect extremely positive on you and your company, thank you again.
