These guys are great! Had a wonderful first time experience with this local Santa Cruz Company. The best Customer Service around. I worked with Taylor (on the phone & the check in process) and James (technician who worked on my computer), who explained in detail and very kindly what he saw in the diagnostic test. Both were super friendly and helpful. After upgrading the speed and a minor tune up---My computer is flying on the Internet. Great service and reasonable cost. I would definitely recommend them and go back to ClickAway again when needed. Thanks again!
