Michael and his wife Susan not only work extreme well together as State Farm agents, but the whole staff treated me extremely well! I was warmly greeted upon arrival by the receptionist and by Susan and Michael. During my appointment, to review my policies, both Susan and Michael made sure that my State Farm policies made since and if there was anything missing they would bring it to my attention. I appreciated this! There suggestions certainly did not feel like a "car sales" talk and pressure for the sale, but an understanding of what my policy covers and does not cover.
