This was a TERRIBLE experience for me and my family! We drove 30 miles out of our way just to stay at this hotel because it had a heated pool. We called the 800 number to book the room and specifically asked about the pool. No one mentioned it was not working. We arrived at the hotel and asked about the pool, yet again no one mentioned it was not working. We found out it was ICE COLD when we got in the pool. Also our hair dryer didn't work and the bed and pillows were very uncomfortable. Felt very sore the next moring when I woke up. I even called the General Manager to tell him of my bad experience and he was very rude and had an I don't care, sorry about your luck attitude. I would NEVER EVER stay here again NOR recommend it to anyone!!!!!! Bad service, Bad attitude!
