I had my wedding dress cleaned and preserved there right after I got married 7 years ago. I told them when I took it in that someone had spilled orange juice on the front of it. Thought it would have been cleaned. I just opened the box the other day because I was going to use my dress to make my daughters baptism dress and it was filthy. Like they never cleaned it. Just put it in the box and taped it up!!!!!! So I ended up just cleaning the big spill on the front by myself and it came out. What a waste of money and who knows how many people this has happened to. I didn't think that I had to take it out of the preservation box right away and check it, but I guess I did :( I thought I remember it being kind of expensive for the preservation too!!!
