Don't be fooled by great sales approach. They made big promises to me and delivered on none of them. The biggest breach was that they did not show up to do my move! I contacted them to set up the move 3 weeks prior, contacted them the day before to confirm and gave them a deposit to ensure delivery of service. Not only did they not show, but I had to contact them. If there was a problem (which they indicated was broken down trucks) they should have contacted me to inform me. They did not. I contacted them and they gave me the run-around saying "they would do the best they could" to move me the day of my scheduled move. I finally called back at the end of the day and asked them to either assure me they were coming or cancel my move and refund my deposit. They said they were not going to make it and my deposit would be refunded. More than a week later, my deposit has not been refunded. And in fact, my card was charged AFTER they had already cancelled and not shown up to do my move. The day of the move, when I called, they didn't even offer any alternatives (like a partial refund and guarantee of the next morning). They just didn't show and didn't tell me. Really bad experience. Please review ratings of this mover (F) and the mover I ended up using (Busy Bee - A rating) with the BBB if you want to avoid a great big hassle.
