Was there recently and have become very disappointed. During my ultrasound the nurse Chris said some very inappropriate things to me and my husband. She talked to us like we were white trash like herself. How uncomfortable it was to let her know we are not those kind of people. She became quite agitated and I really wanted to leave. We are a returning couple from a few years ago. We had multi failures with frozen embryos before, now returning we wanted to use our remaining frozen embryos. The Dr and nurse Chris steered us away from doing this. They want us to use fresh cycle. Is this all about making more money or is there something with our frozen embryos they are not telling us about. Too many questions. We really want to walk from this office but have so much time invested here. After what the nurse said to us I did cry in the car the whole way home. Plus when we checked out all the office girls look like ex-cons, covered in tattoos and swearing so much that I had to run outside.
