They installed a new A/C system. This was our first experience with something like that and everything went just fine.
I was familiar with the company to start with, and when I called them on the phone they were very accommodating with our situation. They took an old unit out and put a bigger unit in, which they don't customarily do but we are an elderly couple.
The work was much appreciated.
