The owner told me on the phone that it would take 1-2 days to fix my printer. I didnt get any calls and it took 8 days. When id call back they would say 1-2 days. Then when its finally fixed he says I can go anytime 9-6 and i show up at about 2 and no one answers the door. I call him he tells me they should be there no one shows up so I leave. Then when I finally get it he doesn't even give me a discount for all the hassle when I had to pay at kinkos to print pages for my business during this entire time because he didnt tell me it would take so long and I had no choice. I couldve sent it to hp and gotten it fixed with warrenty if I knew it would take this long. Printer fixed ya but service was ridiculous! The most unprofessional place I've had to deal with in a while. 0 stars
