Three days after our pedestal sink was fixed by Roto-Rooter of Kansas City, our basement flooded after heavy rains. Fun times. We had never had the problem before. After clearing out the water once, it rained again and of course, it backed up again, so we called the plumber, who had JUST been at our house a few days prior. We just wanted it unclogged. The plumber was helpful, but kept saying, ""That's a lot of water"" which I'm assuming if a plumber says that, it's not a good sign. Thankfully it has stayed unclogged. more
