We had a simple problem that it killed me to call a plumber for, but alas I could not get that darn faucet to stop leaking on my own. Andy was awesome, showed up on time, and didn't make me feel stupid :-) There are a lot of plumbers in Lansing, and we've had a great experience when we call Roto-Rooter.
