I took in 2 different computers for them for diagnose. They told me one (an Hewlett Packard) was not worth fixing because the video on the motherboard was bad. They said I could replace it for less but the other one just had some viruses on it. I appreciated their honesty. So many businesses try to make a fast buck like Best Buy and then sell you something that you don't need or that isn't what you really wanted. Not these guys. I had the one Dell fixed in a couple of days and the Hewlett Packard - I threw it away. I replaced the Hewlett Packard with a refurbished Dell they were selling. Great selection, customer service, integrity, and their prices aren't too shabby either. I have recommended them to my coworkers and would recommend them to anyone who reads this.
