Ok, Seriously, who is running this Home Depot? Two months ago I called corporate customer service because I couldn't get in touch with anyone at this store. The ""workers"" handling the phones wouldn't pick up till well over a half hour wait, then they'd ""transfer"" you to the requested department only to be hung up on. Or, they would tell you to hold the line another 15 minutes without returning to the phone. I got so frustrated I complained to corporate because I couldn't get a $2,000 refund for a cancelled installation job because NOBOdY WOULD ANSWER PHONES at this location. Now, today, two months later, I've been on hold for 40+minutes, just had to hang up because NOBODY ANSWERS PHONES here.
