I called Roto-Rooter on a Sunday evening and their technician arrived within 30 minutes. We had to shut off the house's entire water supply to deal with a bathroom leak and faulty internal shut-off valves. Marc was very professional and walked us through all the work he needed to do to get us up and running. Here we were thinking that we would have no water for the next day or so and Roto-Rooter zipped in on a Sunday and had us back in business in a couple of hours. I can not tell you how grateful we are.
