The service here was completely confusing. I walked in and did not know what to do or where to go. I feel like they did not even care to take the time and want to work with me. I had many questions that they made me feel completely stupid for asking. I ended up taking my business to a smaller home owned business, where I felt they actually cared about having my business. Definitely would not recommend to anyone that is unsure of what they are doing when it comes to their income taxes.
