The doctors are great. The billing department has continuously made errors on my bills. My insurance has paid their part as well as myself. I have had an agency contact them to explain that I am not responsible for bills from a year ago as well as two years ago. They told the agency my balance is zero and then a bill appears a few days ago that consists of 6 pages again saying I owe money. This is ridiculous. I have to keep explaining to them over and over again their errors. I have had to go to their billing office in person to show them my explanation of benefits from insurance and show them their errors. They say they will correct their mistakes and then the next bill arrives without corrections. This seems fraudulent.
