Horrific service and experience. Room was not remotely as advertised - filthy. Old, torn/ripped furniture. A few crappy utensils, next to nothing in the kitchen. Staff could care less, manager (Lanie) is worse - doesn't return calls, doesn't show up for appointments. Staff doesn't even know their email address, had to get it from the website! Deal with this outfit at your peril - don't depend on your credit card to keep from being defrauded, they will lie to your bank!
