I thought my Jordans were ruined and couldn't be cleaned. I took them to another shop and the lady behind the counter looked at me like I was crazy for bringing them in and told me that they don't guarantee cleaning and was being negative overall. I took them back there again and got a guy this time who was the same way with me. Ok, I was not going to give up because these are JORDANS! I was gonna give it another try so I went to the Chimney Rock location and showed them to Davone and asked the same question "Can you clean these?" Without hesitation his answer was "YES!" He gave me the same disclaimer about stains and bleeding, but he didn't come right out with the first word as "NO!" and wasn't negative. I'm wasn't looking for perfection and I didn't have the highest expectation to begin with, but Davone made me comfortable to leave them with him to take care of them.
