When we lived in Orlando, this was our doctor's office. Dr. Smolen listened and spent as much time as I needed. Office is very busy, but friendly. Office uses the latest technology to speed things up, including prescriptions and accessing medical records. This office is dedicated to family practice medicine, and you see a doctor, not a nurse practitioner as in most other FP offices. I switched to this office after my first experience in Orlando with a rude doctor who made me feel awful, and a staff that was overwhelmed, rushed and rude to patients. If you believe in family practice medicine and want a great FP doctor, this is the place to go.
