John was able to get to my house early and I was called the night before by the main office to confirm the appointment and the day of to let me know John was able to get to me early. John called me the day of the appointment to let me know he was on his way. Once he arrived we went over my clogged sewer pipe problem with roots being the possible problem. John quoted me the price and I was expecting it to be more. He fixed my clog, ran a camera down the pipe (same price quoted) to see a few roots and some low areas in the pipe. John also spotted a rusted pipe coming from the kitchen that need replacing. Once he measured the pipe needed, he quoted me that price and overall the total price was very close to what I thought the clog was going to cost me. The invoice showed a Member Rate (about 12 discount) and I had an Angie's List coupon for $30. John also left me a bottle of degreaser for my drains and a brochure for root kill. All great work!!!
