I had a very bad experience at this place. I ordered a certain kind of grass thru the phone with Simon and wanted it delivered at a clients home. When they delivery day came, they brought me fescue sod. I told them that it was not what I had ordered. I went to speak to the manager so I could get the grass I wanted instead and she was very rude. She argued that it was my fault, that I had ordered the wrong one and that there was NOTHING she could do about it and told me to leave. I wasted $500 on fescue sod I did not ordered or want.
