I was really nervous about having a Brazilian wax the first time! But, it wasn't nearly as bad as I had expected it to be. Heather is great! She makes you feel very relaxed and not uncomfortable at all. I can't say that it was an enjoyable experience but, I went back for my second one so it obviously wasn't that bad either! And, I am going back for a third!! :)
