My 82 yr old mom has Alzheimer's and I was not allowed to go back to the exam room with her. The dental assistant said twice to look at the sign on the door which says patients only and four exclamation points. I asked for the office manager.
When I finally got to the back with mom, the same dental assistant rolled her eyes, kept interrupting me and kept saying she was not rude to me. She said she had been written up for taking people who were not patients to the back. So that justified her rudeness.
The dentist was okay and adjusted my mom's partial. But I would highly recommend another dentist facility unless your insurance forces you to go there.
