I had Thermal Quality install 15 windows in 2006. A few of the windows had seal failures, and the manufacturer is now out of business. The warranty came from the maker, but Thermal was professional and didn't give me any crap. They supplied the replacement glass at no charge and checked the rest of the glass. A friend at work got windows from the same manufacturer about 4 or 5 years ago, but from another window installer, and they won't help her at all. Thermal Quality did me right, and I'm having them install 2 new exterior doors for me. \r
