We at Thermal Quality are sorry for any inconvenience that our customers are having in regards to replacement glass and appreciate any comments. As stated, which was beyond or control, one of our window manufacturers did go out of business. We at Thermal Quality are upholding our intregrity by putting the customer first and replacing the glass for our customers out of pocket. We only ask the customer to pay a minimal labor fee which is not included in factory warranty. We at Thermal Quality care about the customers needs and our customer's satisfaction is our #1 priority.
