I was home on the afternoon of January with my family and was about to leave to go to work. It was extremely cold that day. To my dismay I realized that my furnace had stopped working properly. I immediately called AZ Air Conditioning & Heating and spoke to your customer service. They told me he had a technician in the area and would dispatch him immediately. The technician arrived in less than 30 minutes and repaired the furnace on the spot by installing a new blower motor. The heat was restored and I was able to go to work later that afternoon. I did not know what it would cost to correct the problem when I called. Whatever the cost might have been I felt that I would be treated fairly and the work was needed anyway. When I received the bill I noticed a discount was given to me. I just wanted to let everyone know at your company how much I appreciated the service. I cannot imagine anything more that a client could want beyond what was provided. Please let everyone know that I am thankful for what was done for my family.
