The worst service I have ever experienced 5/17/2012

On Wednesday May 16th, 2012 I contacted preferred parking to request a receipt for a cash payment that I had given them in exchange for removing a boot from my husband's car back on July 2011. I was repeatedly told by two supervisors that they will not help me because they did not want to pull up the receipts from last year. One supervisor then began to interrupt me repeatedly and yell and curse at me. I asked for a supervisor and she hung up on me. I proceeded to call the company back repeatedly and each time they would answer the phone and hear my voice they would immediately hang up the phone. About the 10th time I called the supervisor placed me on hold and called my place of employment to threaten my administrative assistant that if I did not stop calling the customer service phone number that she would contact the police and have me arrested. I called back again and another supervisor advised me that she was not going to help me even though I offered her the license plate number and she hung up on me. I submitted an email complaint to the company as well as I emailed the general manager and I faxed in the complaint as well. The CEO/general manager responded back today calling me names such as ignorant and accusing me of bullying his employees. He threatened me with a cease and desist order stating that I am no longer able to contact the company and that I am not worthy of their business (I have the email with his threats and accusations). I filed a complaint with th eBBB due to the shady business practices and horrible customer service provided by preferred parking. The company has also failed to provide me with a copy of the policy that states a receipt for a cash payment can only be provided to the person paying for the service one time. Preferred Parking had no problem providing me with a receipt of my cash payment back in July 2011, however, when I am requesting a duplicate copy now, they refuse which further indicates their shady and unprofessional business practices. more
