Buyer beware!!! If you are a tenant, and you need maintenance or repairs done ... they will never call. If they do, even worse, as some bozo (not even qualified) will attend. I can seriously not warn you against Jon Yankasky and his company enough. Even worse if you are a landlord - the tenants might pay the rent, but you probably will never receive it. And going back to the bozo's... never expect a receipt for any work completed, and tons of bogus charges for repairs that either never were warranted or never actually occurred. BEWARE!!!!!
